Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@saphfyr.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@saphfyr.com if you wish to return an item. Please explain the reason for the return and specify if you prefer a refund or an exchange. Include your order number and photos of the item and defect.
A return of your item can be approved under the following circumstances:
- The item was received with a manufacturer’s defect.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
- Wrong item does not include a situation wherein the customer placed an order for the wrong item themselves. For example, customer orders and receives a case for a Samsung Galaxy S25, the customer realizes upon receipt that the case does not fit because their phone is actually a Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@saphfyr.com.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send the item back without contacting us first.
We do not issue refunds for shipping costs.
Customized items (special orders or personalized items) cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges will only be issued for the exact item as originally purchased.
